Sometimes in life, we become stuck repeating the same patterns over and over again, hoping for a different outcome. These behaviors leave us feeling bedraggled and frustrated. You are not alone.
Our time together will help you to identify these behaviors and finally break the cycles\patterns that cause pain. Our work will root out uncomfortable things that can be painful; but we will gently get to the root cause of the hurt, name it, address it, in order to move ahead.
I will gently guide you and you will learn how to trust yourself, your body, and your inner knowing. You will learn how to tell the difference behind what is driving your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and learn how to self-soothe. This work can be hard, but your healing will be rewarding, and you are worth feeling complete, healthy, and whole.
